At the end of the day .. the Koh-I-Noor isn't Cameron's (or any other PM's for that matter) to give to anyone ..
It was originally gifted to Queen Victoria & as such remains property of the Crown ..
If India wants a Koh-I-Noor so badly .. they'll find one in most High Streets of the UK .. help yerselves .. in fact, have half a dozen ... :)
