Each house of parliament has a common law cognisance to run its own business, in its own way; neither house can by Common Law interfere in the internal working of the other house.
This is the constitutional settlement placed upon parliament by our forefathers, and described in the Prerogatives of the King by Sir Mathew Hale 1713 Chief Justice of the Kings Bench. And F W Maitland Late Downing Professor of the Laws of England in the University of Cambridge. At the university press 1908.
Sir Edward Coke Chief Justice of the Kings Bench 1628 ruled that parliament may some times pass a law which is repugnant or impossible to perform in which case the common law will intercede and strike it down. Giving the Common Law the status of higher law than statute law.
There are a number of cases of the cognisance of the commons to conduct its own business its own way, but I have not been able to find one case which deals with either house interfering in the running of the other house. Yet this is exactly what the House of Commons has done to the House of Lords, they started this process in 1661 after the restoration of King Charles II when the Commons told the Lords they could not amend a money bill only accept it or reject it, the commons were claiming without any legal authority, complete autonomy in all things financial. This was the commons interfering with the cognisance of the upper house to do its job of scrutinising legislation. For some inexplicable reason the Lords accepted this state of affairs. This was the precursor to all the subsequent parliament acts.
In 1910 Asquith put forward a money bill and the upper house being erroneously of the opinion that they had no authority to amend this bill rejected it. In fact the upper house had the common law right to amend it and return the amended bill to the commons for approval.
As a result Asquith put forward the first parliament act which limited the authority of the upper house, Asquith told the upper house if they did not consent to this bill he would put 500 new Peers into the hose who would vote for its abolition, when this bill to restrict the upper house was submitted to King Edward VII he refused the assent on the grounds it was unconstitutional and removed a protection from his subjects. In fact it interfered with the cognisance of the upper house to perform its duties in the manor laid down by the constitutional and common laws of England, these laws are so good they have travelled to every common law jurisdiction in the world. Even Talleyrand our sworn enemy said when the English Constitution goes freedom goes.
King Edward VII fell ill and died, and on coming to the Throne King George V was told by a government minister he keeps all his prerogatives but may not use any of
them unless he has the backing of a government minister. This principle is unknown to our constitutional or common law. The assent was given to the 1911 Parliament Act which effectively weakened the authority of the upper house but with no constitutional or common law authority for the commons to even contemplate such a move. The mere fact they are the elected house does not authorise their actions. Because at no time have the public been put in the constitutional picture, which would allow them to make an informed decision. As to whether they wish to weaken the upper house in this or any other way. In fact Asquith toured the country slanting the true position so much as to be an outright lie.
The 1948 Parliament Act was yet another interference with the cognisance of the upper house to perform its constitutional duties, as our forefathers set it up. Once again this was done without the benefit of law, nor is there any justifiable legal principle which can be quoted to justify the unjustifiable.
The 1998 House of Lords Act by the same token interferes with the cognisance of the upper house to determine itself who does or does not sit in the upper house. This is a clear breach of the constitutional arrangements of parliament and is contrary to constitutional and common law.
Each of the above acts has subverted the constitutional arrangements of parliament; this is the major crime of Sedition at Common Law, and at this level of Sedition an act of High Treason.
The letters patent as granted to a Baron of the realm are such as to be a clear and lawful order from the King, to the recipient of the letter patent to undertake certain duties on the Kings behalf, it is clear that the King can not possibly know or understand every thing put before him, he should have a good general understanding of his Kingdom, his subjects, and world affairs. But there will always be occasions when his knowledge or understanding will fall short of allowing him without assistance from reaching the right decision. In order that he has a ready source of advisors who are good and capable men, he uses those peers of the realm that he or his ancestors have appointed to Baronetcies, and the letters patent represent a lawful order from the King to the holder of the Letters Patent to undertake this work. They instruct the holder of the Letters Patent that he must sit in the upper house of parliament and scrutinise legislation passing through the parliament to ensure it is in the best interests of the country and his subjects, it further gives a lawful order to the holder of the letters Patent that he is to act as an advisor to the King. In short the King requires those with the best available knowledge and experience to advise him as to the best course of action under any circumstances.
England is a Monarchy and we all owe a duty of loyalty and obedience to our lawfully anointed sovereign, the letters patent are by our laws to be obeyed. For any one who ever they may be, whatever position they hold within the Kingdom be they farm labour or Prime Minister to come between the King and the holder of the letters patent so as to prevent the holder from carrying out the lawful commands of the King is for that person to set himself above the King. That by our law is an act of High Treason contrary to the Common Law of England and the 1351 Treason Act.
I respectfully submit that is just what Anthony Blair did when he put through the 1998 House of Lords Act. He in effect set Her Majesty’s lawful order to those hereditary peers sat in the upper house at nought thereby imagining the death of Her Majesty as a Sovereign Queen. Contrary to Common Law and the 1351 Treason Act.
He also removed Her Majesty’s honour as a Sovereign Queen by assuming he had a greater authority in this Kingdom than Her Majesty. Contrary to Common Law and the 1848 Treason Felony Act.
I would like you to explain to me why I should comply with any law passed in Parliament since 1911 because since that day parliament has not been properly constructed according to the tripartite agreement set in place by our forefathers, and as such it has no mandate to pass any legislation.
I would further request that for every hereditary peer removed from the upper house, under the 1998 House of Lords Act. A warrant should be issued for the arrest of Anthony Linton Blair one time Prime Minister of the United Kingdom on a charge of High Treason for imagining the death of the Anointed Queen of England Queen Elizabeth II Contrary to Common Law and the 1351 Treason Act.

What beggars my belief is that this 'reptile' hasn't been dumped into a jail cell long before now...

I personally am totally sick and tired of the 'governments' and their posturing, their blaming of the people for all the ills of society...HAVE YOU FUCKING FORGOTTEN it was you that banned us from disciplining our children, it was you that criminalised vast swathes of the otherwise law abiding public with your speed cameras and overbearing policing tactics,it was you that bailed out (correction 'gave away our money') the greedy bastard Banker Wankers...

I am noticing the price of food...its going up isn't it Davey, it is getting so that ordinary people cannot afford to buy meat and veg to feed themselves with, the price of fuel has driven many vehicles off the roads even given the supermarkets interventions on prices (calculated I would opine to drive small independent garages out of business), there is little time left for the ordinary folk to prepare for the 'hard times' ahead and precious little spare cash to stock up with either, when the supermarket shelves go empty after a couple of days, will you and Sam be inviting the neighbours round to share your pantry stocks..and what will the poor people do then Davey...I rather think that they will...errrm whats the word...it escapes me for the moment ...ahhh yes they my fuckwitted wonder will RIOT! only when that time comes it will be for real!

Reproduced here are a pair of comments that come from a different site, I include them here as I find them pertinent to the general argument of the times, the writer of the first comment shows an admirable grasp of the realities most ordinary people face and feel about today's situation, and the deep concern and puzzlement I believe shines through, people today are deeply worried that the world and certainties they once knew and respected have been stripped away to leave little that is worth having....

The second part is my answer to this man, and indirectly to the general reading public, I hope that both comments may help inform the public debate to some extent....

What can I say, but if the things I've heard so far in this entire discussion are true then I'd be very pleased. The injustice of many different things in this country rankles deeply and I'm very tired of government intrusion in our lives, nanny-state nonsense and everything that goes with it. If nothing else I'd love to stop paying council tax. It's more than I can afford, frankly and I'd rather not see the inside of a prison cell for the "crime" of not yet obtaining full-time work.

My background is one of respecting the rule of law from an early age. I was brought up to respect the police, respect the state and obey the law regardless of whether or not I agreed with it. Which, in many cases, I don't. For one, obviously, I think people should be able to own firearms and other weapons freely. I don't think we should be allowed to randomly murder each other, but killing in self-defence is not the same and I think the law should allow for that. I also think the law is far too soft on serious crime and far too harsh on non-serious crime, with financial penalties over-used, prisons too soft and no other options apart from community service which is difficult to enforce.

Believe me, I would love to find that all these laws and statutes don't actually apply and I can't be fined huge sums for minor "offences." I'd also love to find that the local council has no real, lawful authority, because I don't think they're any use to anyone and should simply be abolished. Unfortunately it all sounds too good to be true - but we'll see, won't we?

My Friend , we are all in a similar state to the one that you so eloquently describe in your opening paragraph, we have been brought up to respect and uphold the 'LAW' and most of us I think would agree that we need the police and 'laws' to control excesses of behaviour etc.
What has happened though is that the law has increasingly diverted itself from the mental picture (and respect we give it for that image) that we used to hold of it. It has become something much different to it's original respected purpose.
Much of this difference has been levered into the police force by the actions of ACPO (association of chief police officers) which is an unelected, unaccountable PRIVATE body that is funded from public moneys ) these people have lobbied hard with their funny handshake friends in Westminster and their power and influence has grown and grown (reading almost anything written about them , and not by them, leaves you wondering how they have been allowed to do what they do for so long). Whatever the upshot of it all is that small minded cretins who pretend to be superior have made bad law which is either made with a poisoned base ingredient ( as in the lawful Rebellion arguments challenges) or so full of holes that Swiss cheese looks solid by comparison...the first was accidental, based on a basic failure to look in their mirrors for overtaking traffic and, basically an accident waiting to happen, the second I believe has been wholly deliberate for it gives the rich and those with fancy lawyers at their disposal huge amounts of wriggle room to evade their liabilities.

This same wriggle room is available to all of us if we know where to look, but until the advent of the Internet we were denied the ability to research it all without huge difficulty and many hours of searching through reference books in various libraries. It wasn't possible to drop in on a neighbour and ask, and solicitors usually if asked would lead you down the path of most profit to themselves (for the least amount of work)

We have had to find out for ourselves and now in today's courts there are many and various challenges being made on many grounds searching for the fatal loopholes in the law, and they ARE being found.

Most of us instinctively know what is right and what is wrong, we are aware of the systems disregard for all but our basic welfare, in my mind it is time to stand up and speak your truth, individually perhaps it may make little difference but as our voices swell together speaking these truths, as more and more people join in shouting these truths, then eventually the game will be changed.

Make a small start and search for the truths others are working out TPUC, Lawful Rebellion there are many out there, take a stand and stop paying your council tax (if you feel the case has been made to do so), do not fill in the census on the same grounds( of finding out why you shouldn't), etc etc when masses indulge in such civil disobedience the state will grind to a halt and have to re-think!

My personal opinion if you want it!

There is little time left to do any of the above, I feel that it is in some ways a side show to what is about to overcome the entire world, I believe in the very near future we will all be fighting a different battle and a more immediate one at that. I believe that the PTB, and I don't mean the government,s will shortly be attempting to annihilate the greater part of the population of this planet, it is there to see if you would but look, Article/Agenda (cant remember which ) 21 (I think) of the United Nations states clearly that it is desired to reduce the population by 90%...you do the math!

We should be fighting tooth and nail to stop this eventuality from becoming reality and that means stopping the 'One World Government' (that they are no longer trying to hide) from succeeding to come into power. Our small part of that must be to remove ourselves from the EU as soon as possible and stand up proud and free once more!

It is no longer acceptable to not look out and define the wider picture, not unless we would all not mind the trip on the cattle truck....

Why do we bother voting for the fucktards that keep screwing up the country?

What is it about the sheeple that thinks that anything is ever going to change for the better?

Generations now have swapped one party for another to infest the seat of ultimate power over the people of this island, they call it democracy but it is far from one of those.

For them democracy is a simple majority of those that vote, errrm isn't the problem here that a majority of the people don't vote at all, and therefore the larger part of the people of this land are subjugated by often less than a quarter of the population!

This is a disgusting thing to understand, all the fuck ups of the last few parliaments have been planned ,initiated and executed by less than a third of the votes of the entire population. How do any party have the gall to intimate they have a mandate from the people, that is just absolute fucking TOSH!

A simple majority (let me explain this to the PTB) is 51% of the population, and “if you aint got that you aint got jack shit!”, anything less and there is no legitimacy at all and I for one see through your games and posturing and lies!

The answer is to say to you all GO FUCK YOURSELVES! For I do not want to play your silly fucking games that take the lives of innocents all over the globe. No more you twats!

I have for years watched as the 'elite' legislate against us the people, they fine and incarcerate us in our thousands every day, whilst at the same time they are committing the same crimes and far far worse and answering to no one! NO ONE! Not you, not me, not the police, not the courts, not even their fellows in parliament, who give their chums the bankers vast fortunes for screwing the entire economy into the ground.

(they can stuff their heads up their arses before I fill that in, and I urge you not to as well ((there I have broken the law saying that)) ),

and talking about breaking the law how about this one FUCK THE EU!!! I will harp on about the FUCKING unelected, unrepresentative, bribe giving, criminals over there for as long as I have breath, which may not be for very long seeing as the FUCKING CUNTS over there (and our complicit treasonous government) have quietly slipped the death penalty in for people who disagree with the EU!!!FUCKING ! Bastards!!!!

Its been a while people but its time for a rant or two at the expense of the idiots that supposedly rule us!

I am heartily sickened by the crass ineptitude of the Fuckwits that be, 'rulers' I am sorry but what I want from a ruler is the sense to actually rule , making our lives better and not continually worse!

If this is the best they can manage then I have decided I do not want to be 'ruled anymore by anyone so the message today folks is HEY you PTB...FUCK OFF!

I dont know if any of my old friends and readers are still out there but what the fuck, I started once I can do it again.

Much has happened since I last wrote and vented my spleen on the goings on in the world and this country in particular, revolution all over the place (why the FUCK have we not risen yet?), HUGE lies and deceit from all our governments, and massive earth changes going on...

I FUCKING HOPE SO because I am so sick of what is here and now and controlling our every breath, it is time the planet shrugged them off and started again...GOOD LUCK EARTH!!! have a nice future and if you ever see another Macdonalds crush it quick!

Traitors Day...Treason and John Hurst's Stand.

As promised my friends the John Hurst Case and my views of the days (dirty ) dealings.

As my good friend GOT would say MY PISS IS BOILING!!!!!, no I will go further than that my shit is incandescent and my gorge has risen.w

Where to start, I shall assume I am reaching out to those who 'KNOW ' the background to this case (otherwise I will be writing for a week at least) if you do not know the details then follow the links to catch up OK! (see previous posts)

Lawful Rebellion, no that's not right its not loud enough, LAWFUL REBELLION, its an established and never repealed right of the |British people ( no not never repealed but rather UNREPEALABLE right!). Established in and by Magna Carta 1215 art 61, and the bill of rights, that friends was Johns defence against the, because of his entry into lawful rebellion, imposition of ANY tax upon him by the Queen, crown or any of their derivative bodies, such as the courts.

Pre proceeding there were approximately 35 interested parties gathered (apart from the defendants and their advocates/McKenzie friends) people from all walks of life and from places as diverse as Shetland (hi Dylan) to the south coast, North to south and East to West, little old ladies called Sheila who at (forgive my indelicacy please Sheila) 70 + years of age sat primly and when asked said "I am here because it just isn't right, its not the British way, this is all wrong) sheila could have been any ones Granny. Yet here she sat watching this case because what was happening 'wasn't right' I'll say!, ranging then through all ages downward to a 20 something young man who knew enough about anything you engaged him in to shame a teacher/ lecturer in the subject.

We were gathered outside when the local police inspector waltzed up!, high vis jacket and batman belt, he waited politely at the edge of our crowd for some minutes before we stopped our various conversations to let him through, which he took as his moment to try to 'lay down the LAW to us.....ha ha ha ha ha aaaaaaa! what a fucking HUGE mistake that proved to be for him, not only was he quietly put in his place and on his oath by John and others but he was so impressed he volunteered the information that we , as a crowd, had worried the clerk of the court and others that we would protest and try to disrupt proceedings.... we talked with him, we addressed his questions and posed a few of our own for him to answer, though funnily enough our questions were more rhetorical and backed by so much knowledge of the LAW that he had to accept them as statements. he enquired as to where we had all come from and was told what was in the above paragraph, he said there would be a police presence in the court, to be corrected in that a) it wasn't a court (per se) but an administrative hearing, and b) that any police present in that hearing (being in a 'court' were in fact no more than ordinary human beings dressed in funny costumes AND carrying arms (tsk tsk tsk). He to give him his due either knew the LAW or decided not to argue the point, and said " all we are hear for is to make sure that there was no disturbance to the proceedings" the wall of sound (Phil Spectre would have been proud enough to have fired a revolver in the air) of quietly voiced deprecation of the very idea that we would in anyway interrupt proceedings went on for some minutes and when died down to an occasional quip, said and I quote " well I can see that you are all responsible people and you have satisfied me that there will be no trouble" He then asked our leave to be excused ( no really he did!!!) and went to inform the Magistrates who were cowering in a back room somewhere!! queue much laughter amongst the gathered crowd!

Entry was made into the court where we were decided we would only stand or sit at a command from John, thus establishing his right as an equal in common law to the Mugjistrates on the bench. The early stage of the hearing was quickly turned into a quiet argument between John and the Clerk to the justices, when John asked if it was a 'common law' court, she was unable to much more than bluster " you don't have the right to question me", to which John corrected her saying she was a public servant and he had every right to establish the jurisdiction of the 'court'. She eventually decided that discretion was perhaps the better part of a lynch mob, and claimed the 'court dealt with common law, statute and many other forms of law?????

The crowd were in quietly festive mood and , though warned beforehand not to ooohhhh, aaaahhh or otherwise to much, definitely raised a distinct chorus of exclamations of general hilarity. It was obvious this Clerk had absolutely no idea of the jurisdiction rights , prerogatives, duties or liabilities of her own pet little 'court and magistrates'.

John appeared satisfied, the Clerk appeared flustered and was blushing with self contained fury, the magistrates to say the least were restless, well two were, the head and his mate to the left (our left) were, the old Battle axe to the right was sitting ( oh I wish I had a picture for you all) hands clasped before her not inestimable (horsey) bulk, gazing implacably down at the desk before her, for all the world as if she were awaiting the next little Samantha in the gymkhana to enter the ring with a fractious pony!

The first and only prosecution witness was called, a Mr Thomas from the Council Tax department (he was too young for this job and had the definite air of someone who had drawn the short straw long ago and come to regret his ill luck since) . He was no real match for John who questioned him about their correspondence, and whether he had checked the position stated to establish its validity, fair play to hm he said he had referred it to the councils solicitor.... but they had ignored a properly constituted council of Barons ...WTF...

what is LAW... is it the Rule of Law, or is it what they choose out of the thousands of acts/statutes to follow slavishly into oblivion....don't strain a braincell I will tell you the RULE OF LAW is the common law of the land, Statute runs a very poor second to OUR inalienable rights established under MAGNA CARTA and the BILL OF RIGHTS!!!!!

The upshot of Mr Thomas's testimony was a declaration that he was complicit in an act of TREASON upon the people and the magistrates were instructed by John to issue an immediate warrant for the arrest of a traitor to the Crown ( now held in trust by the Barons Committee for the British people), this they declined to do through the Clerk of the (ha ha haaa) court who said and I quote " they would not be taking any action on the allegation of TREASON"!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shortly after this , and the voiced incredulity of the assembled witnesses, the Head Magistmug said and again I quote, " Mr Hurst we are not here for a history lesson and we are not prepared to sit here all day listening to one"......Well folks my flabber was ghasted I have to tell you...'not prepared to sit there' ...that must be a 'rush to justice ' scenario if I ever saw one, and that dear readers is actually not a legal or lawful thing to do.....

John claimed distraint, and the head magistrate was heard by me to say "steady mate"....'steady mate'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WTF is that as a comment???????

John pointed out that by the terms of his severance from the police he had to sign a paper saying he would not be guilty of TREASON , and having found out ALL was treasonous since the Barons Committee had been formed and the treaties of Nice and Lisbon signed and then ratified by the Queen (yes our queen sold us down the river) he being a man of good standing and conscience could do no more than refuse to render aid to the gang of TRAITORS that comprise the government, by withholding from their use any and all taxes which were in his power to withhold (not an unreasonable position seeing as the penalties in LAW for not doing so include both his pension being stopped and the possibility of life imprisonment for said TREASON)

I am not a stranger to these arguments, let me assure you, and they are completely valid as far as I can see....and I can see a little farther than the average Joe in the street believe me!, farce went to stupidity shortly there after, we had been guarded by at least 8 police people in all their enforcer finery, right up to benches retirement for the verdict......this was reduced to the presence of just one (1) woman PC who stood chewing gum as the verdict was delivered by a distinctly uneasy bench chairman ( I thought chewing gum in court was an act of contempt, you try doing it if you're up on a charge) ((I also thought having a mobile on was one too, yet all PCs in 'court' had their radio's on and in the 'court' remember they were actually just ordinary members of the public in funny costumes!!!!!

After an hours recess the magistmugs came back into 'court' after having us called back and then waiting a good 12 mins before making their grand entrance...we stood at Johns command , not their 'court' clerks. and sat when John motioned us to ...not when they said.....to listen to the Head Magistmug give his statement . Fearfully he said in advance of doing this that , and I quote " (he) hoped that we would listen to what he had to say as he had shown his respect by listening to Johns case" WWWWHHHHAAAATTTTTHHHEEEFFFUUCCKKK

We knew what was coming , but listened politely to him making no sound...and \i quote " bla bla bla listened carefully..bla bla ...to evidence from Mr Thomas..bla bla...not refuted...bla bla..reminders sent...bla bla..heard evidence £966.64 was owing...bla bla...Mr Hurd had advanced arguments in favour of not paying...bla bla bla council of barons...bla bla ...Queenie not replied..bla bla...and that they were not persuaded that the case was made...bla ..cannot support as regulations do NOT APPLY ( my emphasis), the argument was political and outside their remit...therefore find for the plaintiff (council) and a liability order was made ...

Solicitor for the council then asked for and got awarded £50 costs..................................

What we 35 witnesses witnessed today was a complete rejection of the common law of this OUR land , what we witnessed was TREASON , not once , not twice but three ties, we saw the advisor to the court unable to understand the simple concept that ALL law is based on MAGNA CARTA and the BILL of RIGHTS and that it is a persons first line of defence against an out of control and despotic government and its captive monarch....We are all affected by the rights that have been stripped from us today, every man woman and child in the British Isles and all its dependencies are diminished , belittled, enslaved by what happened to an HONOURABLE MAN WHO STOOD UP AND ASKED FOR justice IN A COMMON LAW COURT......

THERE IS NO MORE COMMON LAW FOLKS, WE HAVE NO REDRESS FROM THE TYRANNY OF A GOVERNMENT DRUNK AND OUT OF CONTROL ON ITS STOLEN MONARCHICAL POWERS, do you know what that leaves us...do you... its simple really....

Definition : the state of WAR is defined by the suspension of the common law courts and the common mans right to redress before them.......

DO YOU PERCHANCE UNDERSTAND!!!!!

Well nearly all, there will be one more post on this blog, as I have promised to update some of you , my readers, an update on the John Hurst case which is on tomorrow Friday 5th November, that will be my last posting on this blog, full stop, no coming back!

The whys?...

there are many reasons why I am ceasing to blog at this point, the major stumbling block for me is the question of personal security...I have people who depend upon me and their safety comes FIRST!, no arguments, no concessions!

secondly, it is my belief that this system is in imminent danger of full collapse, if/when that time comes there will be no Internet to access anyway and if there still is I believe it will only be a tool for TPTB to trace and eliminate dissenting voices. Yes I understand they already know all about me and where I am but I will no longer be here for them to find come the day, the longer it takes for that day to come, the further away and harder to find I will be. thirdly, there is much work that has to be done to further any chance of our collective development into a truly 'free' society and I will have little time to keep this blog, with its very small readership, going!

To my mind anyone who is offended should pack up and move to somewhere they will not be, its time to make a stand for our ancient rights and customs, its time to back up the EDL and help them protest this PC bullshit, its time we stood up for what we believe in; for what WE want, it is our country after all...

I want to tell you all about a little thing that is happening on the 5th of November,

A gentleman, named Mr Hurst, is going to an administrative hearing re Council Tax in a place called Llandridnod Wells which is in mid Wales. Nothing special in that eh!, well in the usual run of things you'd be right, these sort of hearings go on every day don't they...but I see this one as being subtly and potentially explosively different.

You see Mr Hurst isn't your usual run of the mill Council Tax protester/evader John is an upstanding (and I mean UPSTANDING) member of the community, he is an ex policeman for a start, he is also a man who believes in the Rule of Law and that's just what he is seeking here on the 5th.

John is in Lawful Rebellion against the system as it stands and has ancient rights on his side, to my way of looking at this if he were to be told OK you do not have to pay, then the floodgates would be opened wide and the scene set for the entire country to refuse to pay on exactly the same grounds.

If on the other hand he were to be told he had to pay, then he would/will appeal his case to the highest courts in the land and abroad if need be and take anyone who stands in his way down as collateral damage, you see Johns case is based on TREASON, not his you understand, because he is a VERY upstanding man.

John would like it if interested parties could come to the court on the day and see just how justice is or isn't done, let the people sitting in judgement inside their chamber know that the people are very, VERY interested in how they handle the whole issue of the RULE OF LAW, and that they are watching the judgement givers with a jaundiced eye to say the least.

So if you or any of your friends and acquaintances are interested then can I suggest that you turn up at the court in Llandridnod Wells at 10 o'clock on the 5th of November, if you can manage it get yourself a V for Vendetta face mask as well to signify the faceless masses that have put up with too much for too long ....I will be there, how about you!

While you are touring the web do drop in on UNFORGIVEN this blog is the public consciousness of the wrong un's and invites both your decisions on conduct, votes for or against damnation and will happily nominate any evil gits you wish to put up for the judgement of the blogosphere! Trawl through ,I'm sure there are some you will wish to throw into the pit!

BARKING SPIDER another interesting blogger into dealing out the required measures for those self righteous fuck wits in our society that need a good ass ripped in place of the old retentive one they had and have abused so much through their miserable holier than thou lives, especially dedicated to the downfall of enemies of free speech.

This blogger should in my opinion be viewed as a national treasure, he writes some lovely little diatribes on the "against smokers lobby" today's offering is no exception and he never fails to raise a rueful little smile or two from me at the very least UNDERDOG BITES UPWARDS .

Transport minister Norman Baker (lib dem) has instituted an inquiry....

Into what you might ask...well I'll give you a clue ..it's transport related....

In Liverpool for the LibDem gathering a tired and hungry Mr Baker left conference and went to seek sustenance at Liverpools landmark restaurant atop the highest building in the town...

The Panoramic is the highest restaurant in the UK and you would think relatively easy to spot being 34 stories up in the air, but a tired out Mr Baker could not summon the energy to walk the 1,200 yds to get there and so he hailed a cab...nothing unusual in that eh!

Mr Baker climbed in and stated his destination... and the cabbie set off...half an hour later Mr Baker's hunger pangs were getting the better of him, why had he not reached his destination?

He explained to the cabbie that the restaurant he wanted was on the 34th floor of the highest skyskraper in Liverpool...cabbie nods wisely and drives him to a two story building....

Eventually fed up Mr Baker gets out of the cab and REFUSES to PAY (shock, horror)

He then attempts to hail another cab, which darts up to him and he gets in ...

..but the taxi rank has a waiting system wherein the first in the queue gets the fare...and the cab he is in is not the first in the queue.

That honour should have fallen to the man who has now parked across the front of the cab Mr Baker is in and this man steadfastly refuses to move his cab until Mr Baker decamps from the queue jumper and rides with him...

Mr Baker does so decide and eventually gets to his destination (we presume, how long it took we are not informed)

Now Mr Baker has set up an inquiry to look into the fact that cabbies in Liverpool obviously do not know their arse from their elbow , let alone how to find the tallest building that graces the skyline...

You cannot make stuff like this up can you, we ordinary people put up with stuff like this all the time but Mr Baker well he gets an inquiry...he should have walked the lazy git!

I have stumbled upon a petition which I would think many of us bloggers here would be glad to sign, I put it forward here in the hope that you will sign it and spread the word as far as you can about this cause.

It has lately seemed to me that though ranting about the political world in general is fun , it does not address many of the issues that we all seem to care so much about. I have been feeling the need to do something a bit more constructive, something that may help change the way things are.

Well I think this could be one way of doing something and hope that you will take the time to visit the site and sign up.

The petition is as follows;

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that Her Majesty’s authorities, institutions and appointed servants do be made to comply with the rule of law as laid down by Statute over the centuries, gained through blood sacrifice and established through our democratically elected Members of Parliament.

Furthermore, we demand that the oppression of the British people through false and fraudulent court proceedings, false bankruptcies, dispossessions and false claims by establishment bodies such as the Inland Revenue, Department of Work and Pensions and the Insolvency Service etc be made the subject of a genuine Public Enquiry to be investigated by an independent body of twenty-five citizens, historically known as the Grand Jury.

Police penalise parking parents...

Well the praising the police for their professional handling of situations didn't last very long did it?

News in today that parents parking to drop off disabled children at a special school were targeted for tickets and told to 'move'.Story here. The parents apparently were singled out from taxi firms and council buses (who were given warnings) for dropping the kids off in an area with no restrictions (yellow lines etc) on the grounds they were causing an obstruction... and the police turned up in...A RIOT VAN, nine officers, where exactly did they park?

The world has gone mad, how long does it take to drop off a bunch of kids for school, 20 mins? 1/2 hour?, who exactly complained to have this level of response directed at the problem?

Barking Spider gives his take on it and I have to agree with him, it was disproportionate and intimidatory.

It is time the police thought seriously about who actually employs them and started behaving with a little common decency to the British public going peacefully about their daily lives.

And as he points out where was the riot van when This little old lady needed help and protection?

Well there has been little to get ones teeth into in the news lately but one thing I feel I have to post about is the shooting of barrister Mark Saunders...

A while back I posted on Raoul Moat and was not very polite or supportive of police methods, a little later I was over at Insp Gadget's place commenting on something or other and some of the commenter's (I assume police personnel) were complaining that we blogger's always rip them a new arsehole whenever they fuck up!

Very true!, we do have a go at them on a fairly regular basis (but they do also lay themselves wide open for it ) they (the commenter's) said that we never said anything positive about them...well this time, this time I am going to congratulate them for their actions...read on...

Mark Saunders, for whatever reason, was not a happy bunny!...and holed himself up in his expensive flatlet in Chelsea, from where he was taking potshots with a shotgun at his neighbours properties. Why a supposedly highly educated (Oxford) barrister should be doing such a thing we may never know, he was drunk is about the only excuse I have heard so far...

The police tried to negotiate with him for 5 hours before he again appeared at the kitchen window with his shotgun...I was surprised he was not shot immediately...but he in fact was allowed to sway around for a minute or so before he lowered the gun...and raised it again...still not shot, I was amazed...and then lowered again this time a bit too far ...upon which he was taken out in a small hail of bullets from police marksmen.

Whether they had been ordered to fire over their radios or had determined to fire independently, it is my belief that it was entirely the right thing to have done...

The man was clearly dangerously reckless of anyone else's safety, whether he wished to die (commit suicide) or not, he was a fool with a gun and fools with guns should not be given the chance to harm others.

A great deal was made of the Moat shooting/tasering, and there seems to be little difference between the two incidents. Both involved standoffs with men with guns, the reason why the Moat killing was unacceptable was his gun pointed only at himself, whilst Saunders pointed his at the world in general.

Well done to the police concerned in this case, you showed the restraint that I called for previously and did a hard job in difficult circumstances, and from what I know of this case I for one can/will not fault you!

The Iranian president speaking at the UN has called for a NEW WORLD ORDER????

In a departure from his usual fiery rhetoric, the president has calmly stated that the western capitalist regime is all but over and in a departure from its usual practice the USA, which usually walks out when he speaks leaving just a notetaker, had its entire delegation stay to listen to him make his speech???

We have been waiting recently for an attack on Iran and its nuclear facilities, if not from the USA then from the Israelies. This has not come to fruition even though the rhetoric and the troop movements suggested it was well on the cards. Now instead of giving his usual "Damn America" type speech Ahminejad has suddenly become a voice of 'reason', roughly mirroring much of what the US administration have been putting out.

What are we to make of this volte-face?

I cannot tell you the answer to that question but I have to admit to being very disturbed by this latest turn of events. View it for your self ...

A short piece in the Newsof the World today gives us the information that the notorious Swine Flu vaccine is to be presented in the seasonal flu jab to all OAPs, expectant mothers and others at risk..

Given the controversy over the UNTESTED vaccine which roared at the time, how is it that the PTB can now slip this wholly unwanted vaccine onto the population in this way. It wasn't accepted then and it will not be accepted again if offered as a single jab.

But that is not the way it is being done this time around, this time people at risk will have no choice, literally being forced by the PTB to take a medicine that few would accept any other way.

This is not our GOVERNMENT BY CONSENT! this is the totalitarian state abusing the people it is supposed to serve.

The so called pandemic never materialised, and what is more the panic instilled by the BIG PHARMA and the WHO was all based on faulty science and lies...

We all need to let everyone know that this is happening and educate everyone as to the reasons that they are doing this to us, look back at the scientists who opposed this the first time around and all their reasoning based on the facts of mixing viruses together and then applying them to a large population base to cause the mutation of both viruses to become the killer that the original never was....

WAKE UP PEOPLE and WAKE UP NOW!!! we need to make a lot of noise about this very quickly or it will be a done deal and the end will be in sight!

Ask the right questions and tell them NO, the debacle that was the Swine Flu pandemic along with its wasted £billions, claimed no resignations, the WHO was not censured and reformed to it's original remit, it can still call for the emergency vaccination of every living soul (even by force) if it so deems it needed....This must be stopped NOW

The ~~Poop~~ (sorry) Pope, worlds premier kiddy-fiddler cover up artist is now in Britain, presumably on the lookout for new talent to take back home to the Vatican city state to 'serve' at its altars. I have already blogged that I do not want him here or want to pay for his 'superstar tour' on which he (the vatican) will make an absurd amount of money while we ( the non catholic Brits) pick up the bill!

I think it is a complete disgrace that he is not being arrested for his part in the cover up of the child molestations that have occurred and most probably still are occurring! but who is going to listen to me...

What worries me however is not the old crossdressing nazi (ex, supposedly) so much as that I noticed in the Daily Wail yesterday that there are others who also are not best chuffed that he is here, so I am now ranked along with the likes of Peter Tatchell Stephen Fry, Ac Grayling and amazingly Sally Bercow, am I to suppose that I am turning left wing or something?

As I have said before I do not believe the official line on 9/11, and I CAN understand the hate and revulsion of the Muslim world over what has gone on since that tragic event, I can even understand the Muslims wanting their laws to hold sway to re-dress the wrongs committed by our governments against innocent populations in countries we have waged wars of attrition upon.

I do not agree with their solutions, though I do feel that our own powerlessness to bring War Crimes charges against our leaders shows that our system does not work and is hypocritically defending 'our' indefensible leaders and their actions. We do not and never have lived in a Democracy and that is the fault of us, the people, for not forcing the powers that be/were to address that shortcoming. If our system however did follow the rule of law instead of the rule of vested interests, it would still have a lot to recommend it over other systems.

We are today on the brink of disaster, the old Cold War was always a red herring with neither side willing to move, but today...today we face a war that could destroy us all. A war that has a quasi-religious element vs. a secular society whose Christian values have long since been trampled under the stampeding herd of consumerism. a society which cannot agree to see where the real threats lie in the face of a manufactured enemy that screams for our blood.

Our real threat lies within our own governments, they created the conditions for the 'other' side to hate us, they created the mass immigration of the same people who hate us, they created divisive policies which abnegate 'our' rights and freedoms and then they sold us out to Europe to allow further influx of people who do not wish our system to survive!

What are the answers?

Immediately...bring to trial the perpetrators of the wars that are and always were illegal, who hide amongst us, protected at 'our' expense!

Leave the EU immediately and secure our borders!

Prosecute all who will not live in peace in 'our' system and eject those who continue to inflame others!

Desist from all foreign interventions not specifically sanctioned by the UN.

Re-instate the British Constitution and all 'our' freedoms which have been so callously removed!

And perhaps most importantly make sure that ALL the British people (whatever their race creed or colour) are fully engaged with the political processes of this 'OUR' country and never again allow the vested interests to hold sway!

How are they allowed to do this? There is no respect here for our laws and our country let alone our freedoms (save to abuse them) or our Queen.

The EDL have been banned from marching recently, their marches appear to be expressing a real concern felt by many of the British public, and yet the Muslims march with the UAF in support and scream for the destruction of our democracy and the institution of Sharia law upon us all. No one seems willing to stop them from doing these things, no one stops them from burning our and the USAs flags, why not?

I do not wish to see protesters stopped from marching in protest of the many and varied things people feel the need to protest about, but I do not wish to hear people screaming for the destruction of the very system that gives us a right to march, I do not wish to hear people shouting for the burning of our Queen and country, surely this is or ought to be a crime. Surely this is a treasonous act to engage in , is it not after all an exhortation to damage us and the place we all live in.

After my postings of the last few days every time I see this sort of thing happening on the streets of our country I feel a deep unease and indeed a fear that this will soon escalate into uncontrollable violence and civil unrest, and I worry that the winners of that contest will be the hate-mongers, the flag burners...where is the peace of the Muslim greeting "a'salaama laikum"(peace be on you) it is nowhere to be seen here.

What can be seen is a desire to drive others into an act against them, so they can play the minority being persecuted card. They may have had some chance of winning the empathy and even support of the British people if their demonstration was quiet and dignified, a demonstration of the peace that they claim their religion brings, but what we see time and again are the shouting, screaming crowds baying for the destruction of our way of life. If they were doing the same against a Muslim government elsewhere in the world I do not think they would enjoy the same tolerance, as was shown in Iran in the demonstrations in which Needa died

The Police (and Politicians) should think hard about what is going on here, it is an offence ( a race hate crime ) to burn one of their black flags and yet it is not a problem for them to burn ours???? The British people do not like to see this kind of double standard used against them and I fear they will not tolerate it for much longer!

Think hard on what you see and who supports whom!

I, for one, am getting very afraid that our Democracy, critically weakened as it has been by successive governments who have sold our sovereignty to the EU, may well collapse in the face of this internal threat.

I do not worry about terrorism striking our country from outside sources, I worry about the man standing next to me in the street, if we cannot live in peace and settle our differences through the law established in this 'our' country then we are all in great danger!

Please do not complain to me that this film is of 1999, or that things have changed! We here in the west have for too long been insulated by a press and governments who do not wish us to see the sort of things which may radicalise us against the scum who perpetrate acts such as the one shown above. LEST WE FORGET!!!!

The Northern Ireland Secretary Owen Paterson wants the IRA to write their own OATH so they can feel 'comfortable' and take their seats in government....

Sinn Fein, the political arm of the IRA have consistantly refused to take the OATH of allegience to the Queen and so are unable to enter Parliament to take part in debate etc. though they do not get MP's salaries they have for years now been drawing OBSCENE amounts in the way of epenses from the British taxpayer, under an agreement pushed through by none other than the murdering warmonger Tony Bliar!

Is it only me that is repulsed by this situation, where is the outrage that should be shown by the British public that these .....words fail me...scum are being courted by members of 'our' government in this disgusting way.

We all know the history of the IRA and their methods, so what OATH would satisfy them do you think...how about;

We do solemly promise (giggle) to harry, bomb, maim, kill, kneecap,and murder to our hearts content (chuckle) and take any opportunity to steal, rob, mug, and otherwise defraud the Brits (HaHaHaHaHaa) as long as we are able. Over what did I hear you ask?, over the way in which the blogging community had villified William Hague over spending a night in a room with his aide during the general election...

Hold on a minute Iain, I think that saying that is a bit strong don't you?

I certainly never said anything about Hague or his room sharing, nor to the best of my recollection do I remember anyone that I read having said anything about the matter either!

I may not be widely read on the net and I may also have a limited selection of blogs that I in turn read, but as I said I saw nothing on this subject.

So what does your comment amount to then Iain, tarring us all with the same brush is it?

I am offended Mr Dale, if you read rubbish sites here in the blogosphere then be ashamed of them, name them! and let your shame at least be identifiable. It irks me that you should cast such vague generalisations on the legions of bloggers out here, many of whom do a fine job of exposing the weaknesses of the government and even individuals within it.

That 'some' bloggers, no doubt anti Tory ones in this instance, would try to villify Hague in this manner is unsuprising really. Should you not have identified the section of the community that these things came from to warn readers of the perils of reading such rubbish! Some people make sand castles, this person George, manages to rescue this post from the travel category and back into a more political realm..
You see George is a 'homeless person' and an alchoholic (self confessed) to boot. Bit instead of just sitting on his arse drinking himself to death on benefits he has entered into a different kind of lifestyle. For George considers himself to be an artist, and he embarked on a MAMOTH project, he is sort of half way through it at this point. Starting in Brighton a year ago, George is walking round the coast of Britain and building pebble/stone sculptures at suitable places on beaches, for which he recieves donations from members of the public which keep him going, George does not claim any benefits! Local papers do stories on his sculptures and when the trip is finished he hopes to write a book.
His purpose is to draw peoples attention to the homeless problem in the UK today and show that even the least regarded of our society can do something which is worthy of support, more power to him I say!

When it started to rain we headed off leaving George sorting through a beach full of stones for the right ones to finish his work.
Thats as far North as we could get really and its all'downhill from here

The harbour at Lybster, I once lived in this area and dropped in on an old friend on the off chance he was there still, he was but sadly his wife Sandra had died three years previously, Fred gave us a cuppa and took us to see some friends of his who are the second saving grace for this post...

For the friends, Steph,Roy their daughter Sky, and a friend of theirs Mark are all living on/off the land. They have fought the local council for the right to have their 'home' (above) on the croft they are farming about 16 acres.
They told me they went along to the local council meeting when their 'tent' was on the agenda, only to sit through an application to bury NUCLEAR WASTE at Dooneray Nuclear power station to which absolutely no objection was raised by ANY councillor, yet when it came to their 'tent' they were ALL up in arms!!!
Hypocrites and carpet baggers I would call them (actually you know me and I would call them far worse than that but Sky may read this one day so...)
Freeman on the land was the flavour of our converations that and Law (mostly planning), and we were then given a tour of what these hard working and friendly people were doing. Everything is done in as environmentally friendly a manner as possible from turf roofed structures to being totally off grid, I hope we stay in touch and I get the chance to visit them all again! a few pics follow, they have been in residence now for 3 years or so and all you seee is their own work, well done folks and long may you prosper!

Created from the off cuts from a local saw mill the sheds and raised bed system they use is producing their food, there is other stuff growing in a cultivated field as well...

It is hard to envisage a more sustainable lifestyle and they are perfectly happy to be just left alone to survive...

On down the coast to Brora we were seeking food by now and the chippy was closed so on further to Golspie and the Trawler for a marvellous meal of Haggis and Chips (the best chips I have had for years, no kidding fresh and with a slight crunch, brill, go there if you are in the area).
and then a long drive to just past Inverness where we camped at a place called Moy

Yours truely getting round the no camp fires rule...heh heh!, it isn't a camp without a fire (besides it helps keep the midges away)

We left at 4 in the morning cause we were freezing our tits off and unable to sleep, it was nice and clear as we drove out and I was hoping for some spectacular sunrise over the mountains pics for you all but a mile up the road it turned into this (above) and sonny jim had to drive 80 odd miles through it too following this lorry at.. wait for it... mostly 70 miles an hour...so no views at all sorry!

Just outside Edingurgh we picked up Marie a french hitch hiker who came with us down country, the castle thing in the background is Hermitage castle just above Carslile, impressive place, really forbidding and mostly intact...

The thing is huge and has seen much bloodshed in the years it has stood here...

and its miles into the hills and hidden in a valley...give up hope all ye who enter these gates, could have been written for it...
and so after dropping Marie off, after a chat about Sarkozy (she's as impressed with him as we are with our lot) she calls him an idiot, in such a nicely emphatic french accent that you know she is only being polite...she will regret that once she reads my blog I think.
So thanks to all the people we met, you were all stars in your own way, and here's to meeting again some time, some where, Slainte'var

Oh well back to the ordinary political bashing tomorrow I suppose, though there is more to say on the subject of some of the peole we met and talked to, which I may return to as and when, hope you enjoyed our 'little drive', 1,380 miles on the clock, 500-600 odd done by the young 'un! Not bad going for his 5th time out eh!

Well since last signing in we have driven for 16 hours ish with breaks and a couple of hours kip above Glencoe, The 'lad' and I are having some 'us' time, bonding time before he goes off to University and We both no longer have the time, we have arrived here in Castletown on the North coast of Scotland , not far from John O Groats and have managed to get a room in a Hotel here (most are packed with tourists so we were lucky to find a room to die in!

Its an unassuming little place the Castletown hotel but it is clean and homely, the manager Andrew is very friendly and helpful, and the room comes with a BATH, and lashings of red hot water, yesssss! The food smells good too, something to eat a couple of drinks and we' will be set up for a nights blissful kip, if you care here are afew pics taken on the way (the weather was atrocious most of the way)

This is the real rainbows end to our travelling though The Castletown Hotel, Castletown, if any of you Scottish bloggers are around here we will be in the bar all evening and would love to buy you a drink if you turn up!

As I said in the post beforee last I/we are off to tour Scotland for a few days to give sproggo some driving practice and hopefully some confidence!

Indy (thats me) to tour Scotland...

Starting monday evening my sprog and I are going to be doing a round trip of Scotland (he's learning to drive) to give him some serious road time on (relatively quiet) and good roads.

We are doing a complete round the Highlands tour starting Tuesday morning from Loch Lomond and working our way up through Ft William, Ullapool, Durness at the top, across to John O Groats then down to Inverness across to Aberdeen, Dundee then Edinburgh and Home again!

There are 2 reasons for blogging this here;

1. He's a learner so if you're about then please be kind... on the other hand you have been warned now so you could stay indoors about when we pootle past!

and

2. If you are one of the merry band of Scottish bloggers that occasionally visit my humble little rant here on the blogosphere and live somewhere closeish to our intended route and would like to meet up in a cafe or hostelry for a chat then please e.mail me a contact number and I will give you a bell as we come through your neck of the woods.

Time is limited so I would imagine 1/2 an hour to an hour will be the longest we want to stop in the day, we will be camping overnight though so a pub meal and meet up are not out of the question depending where we stop!

The Hook???

Anyone answering this call by the time we leave (about 5ish Monday evening, last computer session) will have a bottle of Chateau Indy put into the boot as a gift on meet-up (can't say fairer than that now can I?) ((sorry its all red)).

I am not seeking a place to stay or even to visit anyone at their home, the offer is on for a meet and greet so we can put a face to the blog owner, its completely up to you.

I think so, what she might think of me and my chances are of course up to her, but whatever, I like looking at her and the women like her that inhabit my world. Some may call me names like "dirty old man" etc. but I really do not care what they think!
Women have every right to be free to dress as they wish, however, and the point of this post really, I do not include in that right the complete covering of anyone, male or female, and I will give you some reasons why.
When I can see a face I can tell whether the person it belongs to is happy or sad, in need of help or content to rely upon themselves...many things can be told from a face for those observant enough to percieve!

For an old man like me there is a certain pleasure in the sight of a pretty young thing dressed to thrill her intended quarry (whoever that may be), we have fought against repression for hundreds of years in this country, we have fought for the right and the safety for these young things (and the not so young things) to express themselves as they wish, and I for one would not see them stopped from doing so. In my lifetime I have seen fashion go round full circle through mini skirts, midi's, maxi's and back again...
and I would much, much rather see this...

well not as you might think because I can see more flesh and become excited by the sight of it (thats just a nice side effect) but more because I can see the faces of the women, and the less clothing (or tighter) the less I have to worry that they are hiding something beneath the cloth they wear. For instance I do not have to worry that what is beneath the robe and veil is one of these...

I do not like to feel unsafe within the borders of my own country, and the truth is that anybody wearing clothing which is so all enveloping, and of a religion which espouses violence towards me and my kind, IS a potential threat, no matter how innocent they may compain they really are. This is the result of 50 lashes for appearing before men not of her family wearing less than the full niquab, even though such a thing may have been unintentional/accidental. I do not agree with this sort of brutality at all, and will always defend a womans right to be safe, wearing whatever she likes, but NOT to hide permanently behind a winding sheet which will serve just as well as her death shroud!

Ladies of the world should be celebrated for their beauty, and their freedom to cleave to any one of us 'men' should be her choice and decision, the wearing of the Burkha and Niquab is nothing short of a kind of chastity belt for a slave!

For any who may disagree with me, I would suggest that you go to a country that requires the wearing of such garments, for you really do not wish to be a part of this 'my' country, or you would live by the mores of this country, and respect the fact that the Burkha especially, can and does seperate you from us and causes fear and revulsion.

I admit this 'my' society has many things wrong with it but it does not need or wish to be taken over by a fundamentalist religion which forbids half of itself from showing their face!

Well done sir!, it is unheard of these days to hear that a politician resigns because he personally thinks he is not up to the job,let alone the head of a party doing so.

Personally Lord Pearson I think you have done the right thing on two counts, firstly (and to give defference) you have the humility to realise that you are not the right man for the job and therefore should not stay in place when you believe others could do the position more justice, secondly I think that the british public are somewhat put off by titles (rightly or wrongly) and it is possible that the party were hampered in this respect.

I doubt you will read this but I wish to say, Well done that MAN!!!, yes MAN for it takes a MAN to admit his limitations!

I understand from the press that Lord Pearson wishes to devote more of his time to causes close to his heart, namely helping people with intellectual impairment, teacher training, the threat from Islam and the relationship between good and evil.

I wish you much success in these endeavours sir, though you did not have to look far from the field of politics (or even outside of it) to find intellectual impairment on a grand scale (the entire Liebore Party for a start) and the threat from Islam is exacerbated by those who hold power here in Britain, of any and all hues it would seem. Also the relationship between good and evil is obvious in anything political v the people, wouldn't you say!

Seen in the Daily Wail Fence life What is the point of trying to agree with anyone about anything when these sort of attitudes abound in the Britain of today, lets face facts very large numbers of people just cannot stand other people at all!

How can the Police be involved in this sort of trivial spat?, it beggars belief that

1. They were fined, with the threat that it would go to court and cost more!!

2. They paid the fine!!!

3. They didn't speak to each other about it!

What does this show about 'us', are some of us so wound up and screamingly obsessive about 'our' rights that we cannot bear to hold a reasoned conversation with our neighbours about any problem which may come up? It would seem that way

Are the Police now making the law up as they go along just to collect revenue at any opportunity...we already know the answer to that one don't we?

Is it politics?...well yes it is!. As a reflection of society in general this incident just shows how polarised people have become, there is no thought given to conflict resolution, consensus of opinion is nowhere to be seen, just a singular reliance on 'my rights' as I see them , even if those 'rights' do not exist the framework to attempt to enforce them does and can easily be coerced into unquestioning support due to the lack of braincells of the applying authority in question (in this case the Police).

Thank you Labour! this is the society you have bequeathed to us with your invasive new regulations and 'Uman rights' crap which is obviously totally misunderstood by the general populace and only really amounts to new work for solicitors and the courts!

Well, obviously peeved at not being able to attend the Raoul Moat electrification test, these two supposed Police officers attempt to cause heart attack and or injury on a hardened criminal, his crime nort wearing a seatbelt!!

What a felon eh!, obviously the Police reaction was completely proportionate and balanced in view of the seriousness of the offence they were dealing with!!

I don't know about you but I have had enough of this BULLSHIT!, the Police are acting like rabid animals with no fear of any sort of comeback for their applied thuggery. The Police are supposed to be there to serve the Queen, keeping the Queens peace, thats why they are known as Peace officers, there are none left and the legitamacy of the Queen holding the streets for US has dissappeared under the Jackboot of repression.

According to the press releases on his book he glosses over or just plain ignores all the really defining moments of his time in office like Dr David Kelly's so called suicide, the four wars he dumped the country into, and his lying and spin over the WMD affair, leaving only the more sychophantic episodes for his deluded follower to use as ammunition in arguments over how great Tony was when he/she next goes down to the local mirror to see an idiot (albeit their only friend).

The Fucker has been paid ...wait for it...£4.5 million in advances for this load of self serving shite, which by rights belongs not to the fucker himself but to the service personnel who have been damaged in his illegal war enterprises.

Anthony (Teflon) Bliar will go down in history not as the lying sack of shit that he really is but as probably the greatest statesman of the 21st Century!!!

He will not achieve the lofty hights of such a designation because he is in any way deserving of the title but rather he will be lauded because of the sheer bungling incompetence of those that both preceeded and succeeded his reign...

NO REALLY!!!..think about it for a few minutes and the light will dawn on you too...

He inherited a good economic position which was no doing of his own admittedly, but it allowed him to SPEND and thus usher in a period of relative 'good times' for the general populace after the sleaze of the end of the last Tory government.

He went to WAR and deposed a tyrant dictator (even though he shouldn't have) for which he has been lauded (even though he is a war criminal by almost everyones standards), and then he cleverly resigned his post as PM just before the fan hit the shit (its got to be that way round as its impossible to hurl that much shit at a fan, but you can hurl a fan at the shit).

He then went on to become the envoy for middle-eastern peace (doing fuck all to help the situation) and managed not to start an all out war whilst in the position.

He now tours the bits of the world that will still have him, giving lectures/re-writing history in his own twisted image as a semi messianic convert to the Catholic faith ( I wonder how soon he will achieve sainthood).

What he left behind was a one eyed Gorgon sub-normal misfit, who was (happilly for Tony) too thick and thick-skinned to realise what had been done to him!!! This new PM (hahahahaaa) went about following the spiral of destruction he and Tony had made together (with the collusion of the Liebour party) and eventually paid the price of all the unpopular and oft-times illegal/unlawful acts they had perpetrated on the British public for years.

(I pause here to reflect that the Scottish people had the right of it at the election, it wasn't time to change, it was the right thing to vote the bastards back in again ((I said as much back then)) so that the country would have imploded into outright revelution as they the Liebour party continued their downward spiral taking us with them)

Then we get the New government Power hungry Cameron,( who cannot see beyond his own advancement and greed) who was forced into coalition with the Clegg (who no one wanted near the reigns of power, unless they were mentally retarded). These two between them have perpetuated the scamming and lying upon the British public in such a disingenuous way that if they were your next door neighbour doing similar to you and your family they would long since have been smacked heartily in the face if not buried quietly 'up the allotment' under the rhubarb(where they belong)

Against such a backdrop Bliar cannot help but shine, and his detractors will eventually fade into oblivion given the next and subsequent gaffs by those that have replaced him...

I who really do 'Hate' the man and everything he stood for and did (sorry maybe that should have been 'laid down for') am beginning to have a sneaking regard for his 'statesman like qualities', he is slippery, he is mendacious, he is bright enough to get out from under the collapsing edifice of shit he creates and say with hand on heart, "It wasn't me, I talked to God and he said I was doing the right thing, it must have been all the other idiots that never fully understood my plans"

It sickens me to write this piece for in a way I am admitting defeat...there is little hope that the bastard will ever pay for all the wrongs that he did, or indeed any of them.

Fuck the FAT bastards who fly on planes,I am sick to the back teeth with them, they waddle down the boarding ramps, clog up the aisles, where two normal sized people can squeeze past each other, overflow thier seats invading what little space that you have anyway, are generally obnoxious if you dare to complain, use up fuel at twice the rate of normal people,get THE SAME luggage allowance as ordinary people, and quite frequently stink of BO through both poor hygene and being unable to reach round themselves to clean themselves properly.

...and now they throw a thin person off a plane to make way for a FAT teenager who needs two seats but has only paid for one...unfuckingbelievable!!!

Listen, I do not care why someone is FAT be it medical or just sheer greed, but I do care that they get MORE consideration from airlines than I do!

If I am average weight for my height fair enough the cost of the seat is fair to ALL, after all we are basically paying airfreight prices for a commodity. If I am significantly overweight then I should pay more for my journey, after all it is the fuel we are paying for isn't it? It has always galled me that some 20+ stone behemoth gets the same seat price I do and the same luggage allowance, where is my 10 stone extra allowance? I am subsidising the flight for these lard asses!!!

To see that an airline has thrown a normal sized farepaying passenger off their flight makes me MAD!!!

I have just spent some time reading through a bloggers blog, it wasn't/isn't easy reading, though it has its humourous moments even if they are dark and dangerous moments for ordinary people to venture in...

I do not pretend to have been to the places that this man has been, nor do I pretend to fully understand the reality that he paints for whoever may happen upon his written words. I do however feel a kinship with him, for I too have known dark humour and black moments of time in my own life. The more I read the more I identified with the writer, and my understanding has grown from this contact.

It is all too easy for the ordinary person to not see the reality this man lived and still lives, some years ago I studied the First World War poets and their graphically detailed accounts of the horrors they lived through and with. I never thought to see their like again, as the writers of that era were the poets and writers of their generation (mostly lost to the inevitable end in those days), but this writer has chimed those chords, a modern day experience of the same futility and frustrations that were apparent in the earlier writers.

I wish to applaud this writer and his work, though I am sure he seeks none from me or anyone else, he writes for himself, to exorcise his own demons and the honesty and sincerity with which he weaves the pictures of his life and trials is a refreshing, if difficult to experience, change from todays ordinary world.

If you would see what Tony Blair and his like have done to our young men and women in the armed forces ( if only some of them) then go and read his stuff. Read it and maybe shed a tear for the lost who may never find themselves again. Was there any need for this man's pain? Was there a real reason to subject this man and others like him to the unremitting terrors of war, for if the only reasons were commercial and to line the pockets of bankers and politicians then the price was too high, and I have one more reason in every soldier who suffers like this man to hate Tony Blair!

Does it come as any surprise that one should become scared of flying?

Obviously when you spend many hours in a plane every year for years on end one must at some time realise that although the odds of anything untoward happening to the particular flight you are on/going to be on are supposedly infinitesimally small they must shorten with every new airborne sortie...

Even with all the pre flight checks and safety proceedures, even with hightened security at airports and on the planes themselves, there is always the possibility of an unknown element, a serendipitous mischance, a gremlin in the works.

Is this why there seems to be a new found reluctance for certain persons to venture across the pond?

Certain persons, who until recently were forever popping backwards and forwards across the briny to the USof A. Persons who may be considered to be seasoned travellers suddenly developing a simultaneous aversion to flight!!....?

Can there be another explanation?

Can there be any other reason why these people should so suddenly not wish to be in the company of their old friends and colleagues? Surely not!!

These old friends only want a little chat...nothing too serious...just a few outstanding questions need answering...

Is this any cause for fear...

My guess is that they know that it is and are reluctant , not to fly, but to set foot in the jurisdiction of the USofA who are renowned for their hospitality to people they think may be able to help their enquiries. Even keeping some of such people in luxurious hotels in the tropics for years on end and to prevent any hint of boredom setting in even go to the extraordinary extent of flying their guests to other hotels around the world for periods of R&R.

I wonder if these certain persons have come to the realisation that biting the hand that puts your poodle snacks in your dish is a very silly thing to do, especially when that hand belongs to a feeder that,

a) doesnt like poodles,

b)only kept the poodle whilst it was in the prime of life and able to service the keepers wishes, and

c) not only owns guns (lots of them) but actively likes going around blasting the bejasus out of small furry animals for the fun of it!!!

Ooooo poodlekins, I really hope for your sakes that there is NO skeleton buried in your flower bed...I really hope that you are blameless (as if) in this instance, for remember the keeper was happy enough to go off to WAR on the strength of a very flimsy dossier of dodgy claims not so long ago...and who knows what they have been told recently concerning certain things with a Libian flavour...

For me it is something that will never go away...back when Labour were a reasonable alternative to the Conservatives, back when they had credible ideals, back when the likes of John Smith were in the party and tempering the mix with intelligent input, Tony Blair came to the fore...from nowhere...to be leader of the Labour party.

Which he and his cronies were quick to re-label as NEW LABOUR, new indeed they were, elected on the same 'hope' ticket that has recently got O'BUMMER into the White House. Hope for the struggling masses sick to death with sleaze and the rampant self interest of the politicians who held power at the time, yes the Tories!

We were ALL sick to the back teeth of those money grabbing lying bastards, and we desperately hoped that 'New Labour' were going to be the party for the people!!!

How wrong we were...we believed the promises of their manifesto and many of us voted for them ( I did NOT), and they got in with a landslide majority...

It would be easy to say I was not fooled by them at the time, the truth was more mundane, I had moved and was not registered to vote, so I cannot blame anyone who did, as I myself may well have voted for him and his 'New' party.

However there was something about the man I could not stomach...had it been John Smith as leader I would not have hesitated, but the Blair man?....anyone who could marry her was obviously a 'wrong un' in my estimation...and so it transpired to be!

The sleaze never stopped (it didn't even pause for breath) and I watched as time and again (even with a huge majority) the 'New' party of the people, ignored the wishes and needs of the people and set about feathering its own nest.

They LIED, from the very start they lied, and then they kept right on lying as well as screwing the system up completely...

How anyone had the stupidity to vote them in the second time is totally beyond me...they were discredited and nothing they could promise in a manifesto was worthy of belief, we had already waited for the result of the first manifesto which never arrived.

The truth was the sleaze of the Tories was still too close, too fresh, the British public had not had time to forget...

...and so in they went again, I voted this time but here in Wales it was a vote for Plaid, my nationalist streak coming out perhaps, it would not have mattered who I voted for , here Plaid get in every time whether they deserve to or not!

...and again they ignored the needs and wishes of the people who voted for them, again they wasted a huge majority and the opportunity to do some real good for the people, and Tony?...Tony took us to war, again he LIED, and then just went ahead and did what he wanted to do...sod everyone else, he did what he wanted to do and went with his American friends to WAR....

In the face of the largest demonstration in British history (2 Million people marched on London and protested around the country, against going to war, more people probably than voted for him) and yet he ignored public opinion and sent our troops off to maim and kill innocent human beings and be maimed and killed in the name of OIL and PROFIT!!!

I 'HATE' you Tony Blair, for the lies you have told, for the people you have diminished and then murdered, for the way you have wasted our future to line your own pockets with the 40 pieces of silver Satan has promised you...you of course do not care that I 'HATE' you, for you have found forgiveness in the Holy Roman Catholic Church haven't you?... look back at the history of that institution and you will find no hope of salvation there my hated enemy, no hope at all....

If I met you I would try to arrest you for crimes against humanity, for WAR CRIMES and the blood of innocents which are on your hands...make no mistake Mr Blair if salvation depends on NO ONE holding a grudge on you for anything I will always be there to deny you your place in heaven, even if it means I to have to spend eternity in perdition. At least that eternity will be easier for the sight of you suffering for all the sins you have committed!

I have waited a couple of days to post this as I wanted to see what sort of outcry there was here out in the blogosphere, trouble is there has not been one and I wonder why that is...

Has everyone grown tired of the old Blair baiting that went on or is it a case of everyone finally giving up on the hope of ever having this man answer for his crimes. For it seems it does not matter how blatantly this man rubs our collective faces in the proverbial shit, it would seem no one any longer posseses a working sense of smell therefore its not really shit is it, its just a bit of mud.

I am not sure now what to say on Bliars meeting with Gaddafi, about his ever more obvious conflict of interests with the people of this nation, about the reek of hypocrasy that comes flowing like a river of effluent from the man whatever he does or says...

In between wanting to write this piece originally and actually doing it today, I read a long and somewhat dry piece over at Cap'n Ranty's place which, though old news now, seems to be an echo of my feelings, it really is worth a read and following the links provided as it so acurately describes our own pet psycho/sociopath Tony Bliar and his other governmental friends of all political parties who are in continual power in this country.

The Gaddafi meeting should be suspicion enough to look for the proofs and bring Bliar to book for his double dealing betrayal of this country, but there never seems enough impetus from anyone who can bring about his downfall, is he just too rich now or is it because of his powerful sociopathic friends that we do not see him in the dock!

Only a couple of days prior to that piece there was another on the torture of British citizens wherein the paper trail leads straight back to Bliar and Number 10, obvious lies and misleadings of Parliament have so far gone unchallenged...perhaps for the reasons Cap'n R blogged about, but I wonder if it is just a malaise that has settled on the once proud British people that they are just glad to see the back of him and do not want to sit through having the dirty washing cleaned in public!

Personally , I feel sickened to the core by all of it and am beginning to wonder what the point of blogging about it really is, perhaps I should just stop thinking about it all and realise that some things (to me they are the most important ones) that make us human are now beyond our reach....

Balancing the book, PC David Rathband...

Last night I watched an interview with PC David Rathband, victim of the shotgun wielding Raoul Moat, I have been waiting to hear more of this part of the story and to tell the truth was surprised to see him make a statement so soon.

His quiet dignity and measured tone showed me what a brave man that he is, his determination to recover and return to service in his obviously beloved Police force speaks volumes.

This is the face of the cool head that I have been writing about wanting to see in our Police, I have nothing but admiration for this man who though seriously injured tried under extreme duress to do all the right things. I watched and listened to his account of what he believed at the time were probably his last moments in this life, his immediate concern was to let his fellow officers know what had happened and where Raoul Moat was, to try to ensure that this chain of events would be no longer than absolutely neccessary.

It was easy to feel the emotion welling inside him at the thought of not being ever again in the arms of his wife and family and I for one choked up when he talked of that fear and choked on it. I had hoped to put that interview with him in this post but could not find it on Youtube, so the press release from his brother will have to speak for him.

PC Rathband and his brother show the dignity this situation demands, in complete contrast to the media frenzy over the other side and the statements made by Moats brother. Mr Darren Rathband reitterates his brothers previous statement and also gives the news that David will be welcomed back to service with the force whenever he feels he is ready.

There were no accusations, no railing against the injustice of what had befallen his brother, just a bare statement and then he slips away through the crowd . Two very brave and dignified men who's calibre we could all do well to emulate!

I cannot for a moment imagine Raoul Moat even attempting to pick himself up from such a situation, indeed he preferred to use violence rather than sort his life out and become a man!

I wish PC Rathband a speedy recovery and hope that medical science will one day be able to give him his sight back, so he may enjoy his world and family once again. He deserves that, Good Luck David!

I hope we are all watching with interest the new developments in the BP oil spill fiasco, it was with a certain sense of inevitability and deep suspicion that I read yesterday that the American Government (read Capitalist Rapists) have given the nod to Exxon for a 100 billion take over bid for the beleagured BP, which has been continuously slagged off by the same administration for the last few months.

Does anyone else see a pattern emerging here, sorry not emerging!, it is now fully formed and out in the bright light of day!. Is it not obvious that the American government (in all its forms) has been cornering the Oil producers all around the world by whatever means is needed/necessary?

Again we have a disaster scenario which 'forces' the seemingly oh so reluctant government to step in and sequester the OIL reserves and production facilities to themselves.

Vindication of many of the views that I have put forward over the 'Moat affair' in the last few days comes today from an unlikely but well informed source, Brian Paddick former Metropolitan assistant deputy commissioner writing in the Daily Mail has a lot to say on the matter of Police, policing and the equipment they use to do it...

The contrast was strange and disconcerting. Dressed like extras from Robocop, we saw a group of heavily-armed police officers taking aim at the hedgerows last week amid scenes of Northumbrian tranquility.

Well we at least know why they were equipped in this fashion this time;

Aside from the body armour and the radios, there were automatic rifles, pistols for closequarter combat and Tasers.

It does seem rather reasonable in the circumstances doesn't it!...lets get to the point shall we...

Yet the huge weight of equipment on view will strike most (especially city dwellers) as far from unusual. We are all too familiar with bulky body armour, guns and a range of modish extras that have turned the old-fashioned bobby into something resembling a High Street stormtrooper.

Ahh, here we go, it is a fact that the Police are routinely dressing this way all around our fair country...

the ordinary policeman or woman has been transformed beyond recognition - with damaging results for public confidence and even for their ability to do the job itself.

the conviction that the right appearance helps secure the trust and respect of the public, has been gradually lost.

Too right mate no one wants to approach Robocop with his gun held across his chest to ask for the time or directions...people are becoming afraid of doing so because of how they look...

the police have been the authors of their own difficulty - not least in the way they present themselves in public.

What is going on ?...you mean there are Police (or ex Police) who can talk sense!!!...

senior officers decided they would allow police officers to routinely wear body armour. This was despite the officers being shot in the legs, which are not covered by body armour, and despite gunmen rarely targeting police officers.

Rarely targeted? if he says so then I suppose there must be some truth in it eh?

The sight of policemen in bulky armoured vests creates a psychological barrier between them and the public and raises people's fear of crime. We assume the streets are dangerous if officers appear to feel the need, as a matter of routine, for protective clothing.

Ahhh... the crux of it!...psychological barriers, and assumptions that our streets are not safe!!

These regrettable changes are little to do with the world outside the police station. The murder rate in Britain has barely changed for decades (between 550 and 650 a year) as has the level of serious violence directed at police.

Well strap me down to a table lest I fall over in a dead faint, so for DECADES the rates of violence and murder are virtually unchanged, that is not what we the general public have been led to believe now is it Mr Bliar?...

I believe that the look reflects the macho, male-dominated nature of the organisation. Some officers have always looked to resolve situations by force as a first, rather than a last, resort.

OOOhhh...Brian now there IS an admission...so many of the arbiters of law are in fact the violent that we the public need protecting against is it?...do correct me if I have read that wrongly....(as if)...

It is often said that Britain is policed by consent, where officers are seen as citizens in uniform operating with the support of the public.

It 'was' often said Brian, there cannot be many who still say it unless they are actually Police personnel or politicians (hawk...spit!)...

Yet the militarisation of the beat bobby is eroding that unique relationship - to the extent that police community support officers are now officially seen as 'the bridge between the police and the public'.

Oh Ho...the acceptable face of Policing are they? what bobbies used to be, unarmed and mostly trying to be a friendly deterrent presence on the streets, whilst Rambo in his battle gear is running around doing 'more' important stuff!! (like what, giggling like schoolgirls over x-ray images of naked public in airports?)

It is fortunate that the damage is not beyond repair.

What exactly makes you think that for gods sake...people now fear and revile the Police force, for when called upon they take forever to arrive and rarely if ever do the callers see a real resolution to the problem they called about in the first place. What use to me a crime number!, I want to see some bastard jailed for breaking into my car and stealing my stereo etc, mostly my insurance excess means its not worth the claim and loss of no claims...

The extendable batons should be hidden from view. CS spray and Tasers should be held ready for use in patrol cars.

Too right they should mate there is nothing more incongruous than the sight of a fully armed and protected officer in a quiet leafy suburb where there is nil chance of being attacked as its broad daylight and the complainant is the only one around for miles ...(though hang on a sec...maybe just maybe its us they are frightened of as we are so pissed off with their usual fob offs, we just may...)

Which leads us back to the beginning and Mr Paddicks Headline;

How can the public feel safe when the police are so scared?

Quite so Mr Paddick, quite so....

I wouldn't want to ask him the time something might go off accidentally while he was looking for his watch!!!

To me this is NOT the face of anyone I want to be in the Police force, how does he strike you?
Does he come across as a person weighed down with the responsibilities of an armed siege, looking for the best outcome?
Or does he look to you as he does to me, a blood thirsty gung-ho yob who is itching to pull the trigger ?

This is the sort of face I have seen too many times on drunken yobs, about the business of starting a fight, nasty, brutish and just eager to do as much damage to someone as they possibly can...

This is not the expression that we need on the faces of those who uphold the law, it is a difficult enough job to ask anyone to do but those who should be doing it should, to my mind, NEVER look like this...

This is the face of hatred, the face of Papa Baby Docs enforcers, the face of totalitarian state police who care little if anything for the people that they are supposed to protect!

Seriously look at him, would you want that face anywhere near your life/family? I wouldn't!

It is the expression of the animal rage and blood lust that lies under the surface of far too many of the people who have positions of power over us, we have seen it before in the Hunt protest policing and various other places where confrontational situations have occurred.

It is time these (people) were weeded out of the Police service and cooler heads put in their place.

Was he, or someone like him, the one who tasered Mr Moat? I am sure he would have if he could have, aren't you?

Funnily enough out of all the pictures I have seen of Mr Moat if you had put the worst of them beside this face and asked me to choose who was the more dangerous to my well being... I would unhesitatingly have answered this one!

No wonder they waited till it was dark, eh!

Mr Raoul Moat was undoubtedly a bad and dangerous problem for society to deal with, but it should have been the duty of the Police as PEACE OFFICERS to arrest this man to stand trial for his crimes. Society needed to see what if any reasons he had before pronouncing sentence on him, (I will agree that such sentences that are available are too lenient for this type of crime) society needed his 'myth/legend', call it what you will, to be defused in the undergrounds popular imagination! It was a stupid act to leave doubts in anyone's mind as to whether the death was 'fair' or not, for that only leaves the door ajar it does not close it!

I do not believe that a line will ever now be able to be drawn under this affair, too many people do not believe the Police versions of events in the general run of life and dealings with them, and this could have been completly televised/recorded so there was no doubt in anyones mind...do not tell me that it would have been too graphic, they televised 9/11 and 7/7 didn't they?

Sanitising death in such circumstances does society no favours!

Death by Taser!! Raoul Moat was he unlawfully killed?

I am completely gobsmacked by the news just released today and given to me by my mate Fraser, that the Police who had completely surrounded and contained the threat from a man armed with a shotgun. A man who was pointing his gun at himself threatening to kill himself, not threatening anyone else it would seem!

That made it a simple waiting game NOTHING more NOTHING less, all they had to do was keep him contained and talk him down.

This they chose not to do, they could have given him drugged drink and food to put him to sleep but someone, someone had the bright idea of TASERING him. Was this an order from the senior Police officer in charge or was it on the lone initiative of one of the officers who was a bit pissed off with waiting in the dark and rain and was prepared to forgo a little overtime pay to be able to sod off home and have a bath and a nights kip?

I am not happy at all with either possibility, if the former, orders from a senior officer then did they not know what the effects of Tasering someone are?

For those who do not know ...the Police claim it paralyses the subject, that is only partly true, the paralisation actually follows a massive whole body muscular contraction, and Mr Moat with his finger on the trigger and gun pointing at himself was only going to see/experience one outcome of such an action, that was the discharge of the weapon he held.

Can this be anything but deliberate murder of an otherwise fairly well neutralised threat, I don't think so. If a line of dominoes leads up to the trigger of an atom bomb which is held by someone and someone else knocks over the first domino who set off the bomb the person holding it or the domino toppler?

If the latter option of some bored with it all copper taking it on his own initiative to discharge , whether deliberately or accidentally, that person is guilty of murder, we expect more from our so called defenders than that sort of action. Go to jail move directly to jail and do not pick up £200 as you pass go!

I have little doubt that a police force that can get away with killing a completely innocent man who was NO threat to anyone by shooting him several times in the head at point blank range, I refer to John Charles De Menezes here, will have little trouble justifying last nights action and whitewashing the whole affair out of existence!!!

I am afraid that NO ONE can feel safe with armed idiots running around the country , all hopped up on how righteous they are as arbiters of the law. It must be time to call ENOUGH and take ALL such devices out of the hands of the ordinary run of the mill police person, we need highly trained people in charge of weapons of death IF we are going to allow them to have them at all.

I do not 'buy' the argument that they need to be armed with the arms they have, from mace, through tasers to guns, the British people are not in the majority violent gun toting criminal psychopaths. Yes there are those in society who can and do use guns to hold the world to ransom in their criminal endeavours, but the answer is not less arms on our streets but more...we should all have the right to defend ourselves and our communities from the bastards that use weapons against us for their personal gain! They might think twice about shooting someone if they realised that at least some of the people who witnessed the crime would fire back!!!

As for the Police and even our government, this must not be covered up this was an unlawful killing and must be dealt with appropriately, if it is swept under the carpet again then we ALL need to fear any Police person carrying a gun or Taser...and I mean fear for your life!!!

Well surprise , surprise...what is it they say good intentions pave the road to hell!

Raoul my son!, you promised a whole different scenario just a couple of days ago...and now you are cowering on a riverbank trying to figure out how to live?... you unutterable coward, the people could have had 'some' sort of grudging respect for someone that did what they said they were going to...but this...

...This just shows you to be the bully and coward that you really are, thoughtlessly taking the life of one and attempting to take the life of others! What are you some sort of spoilt brat bully that has so little backbone that he caves in once he knows the jig is up?

That's not good enough matey, didn't you realise the eyes of the world would be turned your way?... Did you think you would walk away from this as some sort of hero...the only hope you had of doing that was to do as you said you were going to and go down as some sort of latter day butch Cassidy /Sundance kid alone against the assembled forces of the arrogant oppressive state!

Now you are just some sad little bully boy caught in his own web of lies and deceit and there can be NO respect for you left in this life! If you walk away from the riverbank you are facing life imprisonment and that I believe is too good for you and those like you. You are a classic case for bringing back the death penalty and a swift dangling from a rope to rid society of your dangerous presence.

Far from being a protestant at the repression faced by your fellows by the hands of the Police state you are in fact just another advert for them as to how good and forbearing they are to the criminal underclass.

Millions of eyes have been glued to TVs around the globe watching your saga unfold and you have at the end decided that perhaps you can make a lot of money selling your story... I do NOT want to hear it !! NOT now NOT ever! your chance has come and gone!

Freedom fighters may be wrong in their beliefs but this was no freedom fighter, this was a spoilt brat of a failed bouncer who was trying to show the world how 'hard ' he was,...in this he has failed miserably and let us hope he has taught others who may be like him a lesson...

You readers of this may think I have wandered from one side to the other over this issue and to some extent that may be true. I still stand by what I have said about the Police and the way they police and I still stand by my thoughts on how certain classes of society feel about that policing. What I have ended up doing here in this post is pointing out the inescapable truth of this scene... If he were to have had any credibility, he would have had to carry through his own logic, failing to do this , he showed himself to be no more than a petulant overgrown kid that does not want to play with the big boys anymore...TWAT!!

Negotiators are trying to talk Mr Moat into giving himself up....

There are reports that Mr Moat was chased through the village and cornered at the riverbank by the allotment gardens...

as an aside , it is hilarious watching the live news with the presenters, who are on camera, who do not realise they are on air their tie straightening and expression straightening are hilarious!!!

Mr Moat is very alone within a cordon of Police officers... the Police do appear to be being very careful not to push this situation to the point of Mr Moat committing suicide or being shot by the Police themselves...

Personally I am amazed at the restraint that is being shown, will this reassure the general public that the Police are better than many believe them to be, it would be good propaganda for them if they managed to achieve a peaceful outcome!

God what a media circus this is ( and I suppose I am apart of it) the reporters are scrambling to find a view point which they can see all from...how much will the house residents charge for the privilege of using the upstairs back bedroom window...

Hopefully this will end with no further loss of life or injury... but ended it appears to be...
